My Approach

Hi, I’m Anne-Laure, a Sophrologist & Health Coach based in Stroud.

  • When I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I knew I had to make a change. I started listening to my body, slowing down, and taking care of myself differently.
  • That journey led me to new ways of living — with more clarity, energy, and inner freedom.
  • Now, I share them with you.
  • Today, through sophrology and health coaching, I support others on that same path — gently, consciously, and at their own pace.
  • This isn’t about perfection. It’s about balance, self-trust, and freedom.
  • Taking responsibility for your life doesn’t mean carrying everything alone — it means choosing, step by step, to come back to yourself. And that changes everything.
